* Newly onboarded users unlock their own invites by generating volume

  → First referral slot unlocked after $100k of executed volume
* Referrers earn 10% of the Otomate points generated by their invitees
* Additional invites unlocked via volume milestones
* Referral rewards are tied to real on-chain activity, not signups
