Safety & Risk

Strategy Objectives & User Responsibility

Otomate offers different types of automated strategies.

Not all strategies are designed to generate profit.

Volume & Activity Strategies

Some strategies are built specifically to:

  • maximize on-chain activity

  • generate execution volume

  • automate participation over time

These strategies do not target PnL.

Their goal is:

  • consistent execution

  • activity optimization

  • participation in incentive systems

Capital may fluctuate during execution.

Temporary or structural losses are possible.

These strategies should be viewed as automation tools, not trading strategies.

PnL-Oriented Exposure

Other Otomate features (such as trader-following or delta-neutral strategies) aim to:

  • replicate exposure

  • reduce directional risk

  • capture funding or execution inefficiencies

Even in these cases:

  • performance is not guaranteed

  • market conditions matter

  • execution involves risk

User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for:

  • choosing which strategy to run

  • understanding its objective

  • allocating capital accordingly

Copink does not decide what users should optimize.

Some users optimize for:

  • activity

  • exposure

  • automation

  • incentives

Others may seek risk-managed execution.

Copink provides the tools.

Users define the intent.
